The basic payment terms

• 2nd payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 2nd stage construction
• 3rd payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 3rd stage construction
• 4th payment: 20% of total land and house price upon completion of 4th stage construction
• Final payment: The balance of the payment shall be paid when the project has completed the construction and a house is ready to hand over to the customer
